Balance is the key to everything for Naviinesh Gunalan, from his designs to his free time. The aspiring architect plans to graduate with a bachelor's and master's in just five years, but he still finds time for his passions.
"You have to learn how to manage your time so you can learn how to divide your time," he says. " study hard so I have time to paint and time to sing."
Despite his balanced schedule,
Naviinesh - Navi for short - says homesickness often creeps in for international students.
"When I felt homesick, I joined some clubs and the people instantly felt like family," he says. "The Drury Family is a real thing."
