What is Title IX?

Title IX is a federal civil rights law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in educational programs and activities. It applies to all students, faculty, and staff at Drury University.

Under Title IX, Drury is committed to providing an educational environment free from sex and gender-based discrimination, including sexual harassment, sexual violence, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking.

Reporting Options

If you experience or witness sexual misconduct, you have several options for reporting:

Title IX Coordinator

Report directly to Drury's Title IX Coordinator for investigation and resolution.

Contact through Drury's Title IX office

Online Reporting Form

Submit a report online, anonymously or with your identity. The Title IX office will follow up.

Campus Safety

Report incidents that may require immediate safety response.

Confidential Resources

Confidential resources are not required to report your information to the Title IX office. They can provide support while you decide what steps, if any, you want to take.
